Medication Reminders
We will be take notes of the times that each medication needs to be taken, and give clients reminders as needed.
Companionship Care
Many services for the elderly focus on the provision of medical care or help with activities of daily living such as showering and dressing. While these are fundamentally necessary for survival, they are often not sensitive to the social and emotional needs of a clients as they age. For families providing care, it can be hard to know where to turn for relief. For seniors who suffer from social isolation and loneliness, companion care provides — as the name implies — companionship from people who are there to provide emotional support, a friendly face and an improvement in overall quality of life.
Recreational Activities
Recreational activities play an important roll in our lives, we want client to do activities that they enjoy, that keep them feeling young and active. By playing some of your most memorable games, going for a walk, or simply reading one of your favorite books. Our caregivers take pride in bonding and do activities that will keep clients engaged.
Light Laundry & Housekeeping
Our experienced caregivers will do a routine activity that will not only keep your home clean and safe, but well-organized. In addition to every day cleaning services, such as dusting, vacuuming, and emptying the trash. Also, doing light loads laundry for you and keeping your closets clean and organized.
Daily Living Assistance
Providing you with comfort while assisting you with daily tasks such as; bathing, toileting, dressing and much more.
Respite Care
Even though many families take great pride and joy in providing care to their loved ones so that they can remain in the comfort of their own home, the physical, emotional and financial consequences for the family caregiver can sometimes be overwhelming without some support. Respite provides a break for the family caregiver. which may prove beneficial to the health of the caregiver, by giving them a little time for themselves.
Specialized Care
Not all clients require the same care. We offer care to patients that are suffering from a variety of conditions that may require a little more assistance such as; (Alzheimer’s, Paralysis, Diabetes, Parkinson’s, Dementia , Hearing impairments, , etc.)
Meal Preparation
If you need a helping hand in the kitchen or would like for us to fully service you, we got you covered. Our experienced caregivers will help you plan out your meals as needed. Meal preparation may includes; creating meals, grocery shopping, prepping food for cooking, cooking or reheating meals, cleaning and disinfecting the kitchen.
Transportation Services
For patients that have difficulty being mobile to go to the store, doctor appointments or pickup/drop-off prescriptions our experience caregivers can assist with these transportation services, as well. Form must be filled out to give caregivers the ability to transport clients in personal vehicles.
